Mr. Liu Honglin, born in March 1985, now serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors and General Manager of the Directors Board Office of the Company and received a master's degree. Ms. Jiang Hongzhen, born in May 1979, now serves as Independent Director of the Company and is the Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Koguan School of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, with a Doctor of Law degree; she is the Associate Editor of the Journal of Shanghai Jiao Tong University - Philosophy and Social Science and Executive Director of the Compliance Research Center. Ms. Jiang Hongzhen was rated as the scholar of the SUSI Program of the US Department of State and the scholar of the "Dawn" Program in Shanghai. She also serves as a member of the National JM Education Steering Committee, governing member of the China Administrative Law Society, standing director of the Rule of Administrative Law Sub-committee of the China Behavior-law Association, member of the Specialized Committee for Government Regulation of the China Administrative Law Society, member of the Specialized Committee for Case Study of the China Administrative Law Society and Secretary General of Administrative Law Studies Institute of Shanghai Law Society. Ms. Jiang Hongzhen had visited the University of Cambridge, the University of Massachusetts and the University of Chicago.
